Recruitment process
APPLICATION
All the positions we recruit for can be found on our website in the jobs tab. The application is done online.
PRESELECTION
At the selection stage we carefully evaluate your CV against the requirements in the job descriptions. Candidates who meet the requirements for the offered position are then contacted by phone and invited for an interview at the company's main office.
INTERVIEW
Meeting a candidate is a very important stage of the recruitment process at CONKRET. The interview is held by a Human Resources professional, usually in the presence of the direct supervisor. The purpose of the meeting is to get to know you, your experience so far, your skills, career plans, as well as your expectations towards the employer.
FEEDBACK
This is the final stage of the recruitment process. We feel obligated to provide feedback to all candidates about the job interview outcome.
